You are given a several key accounts and passwords. The account names cannot be changed,but you can request a change of password at any given time. Here you are given several key Ids.

For this customer John Smith he has one domain name and one email address. A Customer ID "custpXXXX" is assigned to every new member joining eRouterZone. This used to identify who you are. This never changes and only one ID is assigned to every customer and is unique.
The FTP Account ID is assigned to every domain name hosted by us. This ID identifies who you are in our system. Each domain name receives its own unique ID if the form of "erzXXXXX". For each e-mail address requested you are assigned a "USERNAME" ID. This is used when you log in your email via pop3 or using the web based version. For each e-mail account requested you are given a unique ID. The Account Location is were your email account is located in our system. This is only used for POP3 access. An example for a setup is when a POP3 client asks for your USERNAME is will be "poboxinc.com/USERNAME/JohnSmith@mydomain.com", Password will be "your password chosen upon sign-up" and pop3 server name is "ny1postoffice01.erouterzone.net"
