Their are several clients that will allow you access your site via FTP
 
First we are given the information listed below.
Name: John Smith    Domain Site: www.mydomain.com
FTP Web Server Host Name: ny1web01.erouterzone.net
Web FTP Account ID: erzXXXXX    Password: yourpasswordhere
 
Now with this information we will translate this to eRouterZone's network so it can be interpreted by the FTP client.
Name: John Smith    Domain Site: www.mydomain.com
Hostname: ny1web01.erouterzone.net
Username: erzXXXXX    Password: yourpasswordhere
 
 
MS Internet Explorer 6.x and above- In the URL window type in ftp://ny1web01.erouterzone.net. A login window will pop up and prompt you for Username and Password. Enter in the accounts and hit "Login". You will see what would appear to be an empty directory. On the URL window it should now read "ftp://ny1web01.erouterzone.net/erzXXXXX/".  Congratulations, if you see two folders labled "Stats" and "Cgi-Bin" your are now in your web site space. You can now use the methods of copy and paste or drag and drop to your webspace.
